- Integrated multi-disciplinary solutions across mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, and instrumentation.
- Support for optimization, modifications, and future expansion or maintenance through digital models.
Civil / Structural Engineering
- Design and detailing of foundations, layouts, and structural steel works.
- Preparation of general layouts including accessibility, pavements, roads, and fencing.
- Development of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and IFC drawings.
- Structural and concrete support calculations with in-depth analysis.
- Procurement and construction support with MTO deliverables.
- Issuing final documentation for civil-related material requirements.
Mechanical Engineering
- Perform design calculations for static equipment including pressure vessels, storage tanks, and columns as per ASME & API standards.
- Design and engineering of heat transfer equipment such as heat exchangers and fired heaters.
- Expertise in rotating equipment including compressors, turbines, pumps, and mixers.
- Preparation, detailing, and review of vendor drawings and material requisitions.
- Development of bidding documents, technical specifications, and bid evaluations.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) for reliable design and performance validation.
Electrical Engineering
- Design and implementation of power generation and distribution systems.
- Development of automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Provision of energy efficiency and optimization solutions.
- Conducting electrical safety checks, testing, and compliance assessments.
- Procurement support and vendor coordination for electrical systems and equipment.
- Preparation of detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Fire Fighting
- Design and layout of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems as per NFPA and international safety standards.
- Hydraulic calculations and pump sizing for optimal fire water distribution.
- Preparation of P&IDs, equipment specifications, and firefighting system data sheets.
- Development of isometric drawings, layouts, and bill of materials for firefighting networks.
- Integration of fire hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, and extinguishers with plant design.
